Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The suite I stayed in was huge and exceptionally clean, complete with a personalized note and a cleanliness assurance. The full kitchen and spacious living and dining areas made it feel like a home away from home. The only slight letdown was the dining experience, but overall, it was a stellar stay.
I had the most amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic, clean, and comfortable, and the view of the rapids leading to the American and Bridal Veil Falls was breathtaking. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who catered to our every need promptly. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, within walking distance to all the park attractions and right next to the Rainbow Bridge for easy access to Canada.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were incredibly charming but seemed overpriced for the standard; unfortunately, there was a constant sound of running water, and the room was tiny, filthy, with no view other than the parking lot. The service, however, was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The location was great for experiencing Niagara Falls from both the American and Canadian sides, offering easy access to all the attractions. The dining options were lacking, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, a stay with some highlights and some disappointments.
The hotel had gorgeous rooms, but they somewhat felt like a basement due to the pipes running through them. The service was exceptional, with staff acting as valet, front desk, bartender, and concierge all at once. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Falls and other attractions. The dining was extremely good, with a full breakfast buffet style. Overall, a great hotel with minor drawbacks.
